Your focus group value card number on your card. This is a ten digit number and may have a 2 letter suffix. Enter in without space as 892932123ED or 892932123 if no suffix.

Notes: * If you cannot find an email address for the public or media relations person almost any email address that you find on their web page will work. For instance you can only find the support email address on the corporate web site. Then use it. The support people will forward the request to the proper marketing person.

 

Due to the fact that the number of media evaluation samples vary from company to company, and month to month, you should request at least five to ten books, products or software packages at a time. Our database system is designed to continue to send your request multiple times on products you have requested and have not received.
